innan träningen idag åt jag lite soppa, drack äppeljuice och en av mina hälso-kakor.
(består av olivolja, havregryn, solroskärnor, valnötter, cashews, russin, torkade
aprikoser och kokosflingor. SÅÅÅ goda!).
efter träningen åt jag salladswraps, med dirty rice (ris blandat med salsa, svarta
bönor och kummin), med guacamole och en massa goda grönsaker. och ett par nacho-chips
också, förstås.
dog supergod mat-döden.
nu ska jag och sean kolla på filk. tror det blir 50/50. har någon sett den? bra?

before my workout today i had a bit of that carrot soup, applejuice and one of my
healthy cookies (contains olive oil, oats, sunflower seeds, walnuts, cashews, raisins,
dried apricots and shredded coconut. SOOO yummie!).
after my workout i had lettucewraps, with dirty rice (rice mixed with salsa, blsck
beans and cummin), with guacamole and lots of delicious veggies. and a couple of nacho
chips too, of course.
i died the delicious-food-death.
now sean and i will watch a movie, think it'll be 50/50. has anyone seen it? good?
