healthy

dagens lunch bestod av: en 8-10 stycken nachochips, gluten-/laktos-/soja-fri ost
(veti tusan vad den innehåller), dirty rice (ris blandat med salsa och svarta bönor),
bellpeppers/jalapeno peppers, rödlök, gurka, tomat, sallad, paprika och mera salsa.

efter detta plus ungefär en timmes vila, var jag redo för gymmet! 25 minuter på
löpbandet, sen fria vikter för mina armar och axlar.
gick hem igen och lagade linsbiffar (bestående av röda linser, 2 ägg, morötter,
lök, solroskärnor, lite fetaost, soltorkade tomater och havregryn)
och potatis-morots-mos. åts tillsammans med en sallad. mmmm.

todays lunch: about 8-10 tortilla chips, gluten-/dairy-/soy-free cheese (i have no idea
what it actually is inside), dirty rice (rice mixed with salsa and black beans),
bellpeppers/jalapeno peppers, red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, peppers and more salsa.

after this and a rest of about one hour, i was ready for the gym! 25 minutes on
the machine running, then free weights for my arms and shoulders.
went home and started making lentil patties (made of red lentils, 2 eggs, carrots,
onion, sunflower seeds, a bit of feta, sundried tomatoes and oats)
and mashed potatoes and carrots. ate it together with a salad. mmmm.
