okej, så i fredags såg det ut såhär!
vi använde oss av emmentaler (tror den heter så) och gruyere-ost.
supersupergott. tydligen har man i vitlök och vin också,
så det smakar inte riktigt som "vanlig" smält ost. mycket starkare
och mer aromatisk smak. sen doppar man kokt potatis, ångkokt sparris
och såklart en massa bröd. vi hade foccaccia och vanligt vitt "baguett-bröd".
som efterätt åt vi chokladfondue gjort på lindt's mjölkchoklad...
så himla himla gott.

alright, so on friday it looked like this!
we used emmentaler (think that's the name) and gruyere cheese.
so so delicious. and we also had garlic and wine in the pot,
so it doesn't taste like "regular" melted cheese. much stronger
and aromatic taste. then you dip boiled potatoes, steamed asparagus
and of course looot of bread. we used foccaccia and ordinary french baguette.
as dessert we ate chocolate fondue made of lindt's milk chocolate...
sooo incredible yummy!
