det är så himla gott.
morotssoppa med färsk ingefära, linser, chili och kokosmjölk serverat med en cous cous-sallad med
broccoli, grön paprika, gurka, rödlök, solroskärnor, russin och parmesan.
(under veckodagarna äter vi inte mjölk- och glutenprodukter, men om vi har någonting
hemma som hinner bli dåligt innan helgen så brukar jag tumma på reglerna litegrand.
så i detta fall parmesanen).

(during the weekdays we're not eating dairy or gluten, but if we have something that
will go bad if we don't use it i stretch the rules a bit. so in this case, parmesan).
thinking about heading over to the gym again. hm, we'll see...
